Responsible Down Standard
Responsible Down Standard (RDS), managed by Textile Exchange, incentivises the industry to treat ducks and geese more humanely. A third-party certification body audits each stage in the supply chain, starting at the farm.
bluesign®
The gold standard for sustainable textiles, this label signifies textiles and products that have met the strictest standards throughout the supply chain.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
This label for textiles tested for harmful substances sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.

MSCI ESG Ratings
A rating of companies on a AAA to CCC scale assessed by MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International). according to a company’s exposure to ESG (environmental, social and governance) risks. The rating also provides a comprehensive and internationally recognised measure of a company’s long-term commitment to socially responsible investments (SRI).
Climate Change 2022 Disclosure Insight Action
This voluntary disclosure, supported by Bosideng,relates to environmental progressand enables companies to track their progress. CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) works with companies to catalyse urgent action towards a sustainable net-zero, deforestation-free and water-secure world.
Awards
ISPO, the Munich-based international sports trade fair, has recognised Bosideng with many prestigious awards. They include the Red Dot Award for innovative design and recycling (2022), for the Bosideng Zero Pressure down jacket, and the ISPO Award (2023) for recyclable eco-design, for the Eco-Design Circular Lightweight Functional Down Puffer Jacket.
Collaboration
Bosideng has participated in the drafting and revision of 23 internationalstandards, 13 national standards and 5 industry standards.
Retail and logistics
Bosideng’s flagship store on Nanjing Road, central Shanghai, is operated through a smart store service system that minimises energy consumption. The group’s solar power station at the logistic compound in 2023 generates more than 960 MWh (nearly 1 billion watts).
