Carrier: All deliveries within the UK are sent via DHL EXPRESS. Track your delivery online using your unique tracking code at DHL EXPRESS Tracking.
Note: Deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take up to 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders below 5kg qualify for FREE SHIPPING if they meet the minimum spend threshold. For orders exceeding 5kg, an additional surcharge may apply. Duty&Tax will also be displayed at check out page shipping section(USA excluded).

DUTIES AND TAXES

All duties and local taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout(USA excluded). Once paid, you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery of your order. This ensures a smoother delivery process without unexpected charges upon arrival. Important Shipping Policy Update for U.S. Customers

Effective April–May 2025, the United States government has implemented significant changes to import tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), which may impact your shipments. Please review the following updates carefully:

Starting May 2, 2025, the De Minimis exemption (duty-free entry under $800) will no longer apply to goods manufactured in China or Hong Kong, regardless of shipping origin.

All such shipments will require formal entry, with applicable duties including:

IEEPA duty (20–104%)
Section 301 duties (for China)
General import duty

⚠️ Duty Payment Reminder for U.S. Customers

For orders shipped to the United States, import duties are no longer collected at checkout. Our duty calculator will not apply to U.S. orders. At checkout, you will be charged shipping fees only.

All import duties and taxes will be assessed and collected upon arrival in the U.S., based on local customs regulations. Customers are responsible for paying these charges during the clearance process.

📦 If a U.S. order is refused by the customer due to import duties or taxes, and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees from the refund.

OTHER SHIPPING NOTES:

Orders placed after 12 pm (Monday to Friday) will ship the next working day.
Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons.
Dispatch times may increase during high-demand periods.
