All international orders below 5kg qualify for FREE SHIPPING if they meet the minimum spend threshold. For orders exceeding 5kg, an additional surcharge may apply. Duty&Tax will also be displayed at check out page shipping section.

DUTIES AND TAXES
All duties and local taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout. Once paid, you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery of your order.
This ensures a smoother delivery process without unexpected charges upon arrival. If you have further questions about import duties or taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
Important Update: Potential U.S. Customs Duties on Orders Below $800
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs policies, effective February 4, 2025.

De Minimis Exemption Suspended: Products valued up to $800 will no longer be exempt from duties and taxes.

Duties & Taxes: Shipments will be subject to duties based on the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS), including: General duty rate (2.5% to 6%). Depending on local customs regulations at the time of clearance.
OTHER SHIPPING NOTES:
- Orders placed after 12 pm (Monday to Friday) will ship the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.
- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons.
- Dispatch times may increase during high-demand periods.
RETURNS
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order and return the products. Please notify us within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt.
RETURN PROCESS:
- Notification: Use our online return platform within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt to inform us of your decision to cancel.

Shipping Back: Return the items within 28 calendar days from notifying us of your cancellation.
- Items must be returned with all tags intact and must not show any signs of wear, including the absence of makeup or fragrance.
- Promotional Items: If your order included a gift or promotional item (e.g., Buy X Get 1 Free), the promotional items must also be returned for a full refund.

Return Shipping:
- You may return items using a shipping method of your choice at your own expense unless otherwise stated.
- We will cover the return shipping costs if:
- Items do not match the order (e.g., wrong specifications, style, or quantity).
- Items are defective or damaged.
- Items do not match the description on the product page (e.g., incorrect use or functionality)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
- Shipping Fees: Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a return, we will issue a refund for the product price only, excluding any original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
