RETURNS&EXCHANGES
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the products. Please notify us within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt.
RETURN PROCESS:

Notification: Use our online return platform within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt to inform us of your decision to cancel.

Shipping Back: Return the items within 28 calendar days from notifying us of your cancellation. Items must be returned with all tags intact and must not show any signs of wear, including the absence of makeup or fragrance.

Promotional Items: If your order included a gift or promotional item (e.g., Buy X Get 1 Free), the promotional items must also be returned for a full refund.

Return Shipping:
- You may return items using a shipping method of your choice at your own expense unless otherwise stated.
- We will cover the return shipping costs if:
- Items do not match the order (e.g., wrong specifications, style, or quantity).
- Items are defective or damaged.
- Items do not match the description on the product page (e.g., incorrect use or functionality).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Shipping Fees:
Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a return, we will issue a refund for the product price only, excluding any original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. -
Duties and Taxes:
Please note that all import duties and local taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout, ensuring a smoother delivery process without unexpected charges upon arrival. These fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to reimburse any duties or taxes paid for returned items as all import duties and local taxes are charged and collected by the local customs office. Additionally, the £6 administrative fee charged by DHL for processing your shipment is also non-refundable. -
International Returns:
For international returns, we only accept returns using our provided return label. Any returns made using a different shipping method will not be accepted. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Notification: To initiate an exchange, please use our online return platform within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to exchange the item. Exchanges can only be made for the same item (style) in a different size or color.

Returning the Item: We ask that the return be completed within 7 days from the date of submitting the exchange request. Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact and free from any signs of wear, including makeup or fragrance.

Exchange Shipment: We will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item only once the returned package has been received. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

UK Orders: We are happy to accommodate exchanges for all UK-based orders.

International Orders: Exchanges for international orders are not accepted, unless the original order was not subject to import duties or taxes. In such cases, exchanges may be considered, but they remain subject to local customs regulations.

Refused Returns: If the exchange order is rejected and sent back due to refusal, we reserve the right to charge return shipping fees.

- Before sending your order back to us, please fill out the attached return form for refund reference.

- If you prefer, you can return the item directly to our store at the same address.
